Disciples and Leaders is designed for members of the parish. The aim is to encourage and equip us to become disciples and leaders in our own local communities. It is not aimed at our skills but at our heart and mind and soul. We are exploring the biblical qualities and Catholic understandings that give my discipleship and leadership a firm foundation and a deep compassion.

The liturgy of the Mass is a rich source of wisdom for what it means to be a disciple today. Hidden and not so hidden within the rites and responses, gestures and postures, are practices and teachings that shape a response to the grace of baptism. There are also challenges to us, extending our boundaries and bringing us through discipleship to leadership.
